We do not accept returns/exchanges for made-to-order items.
We only accept returns/exchanges for items damaged during shipping once the customer has filed a complaint with the shipping company. Refunds for items damaged during the shipping process is the responsibility of the shipping company, but we can happily exchange it for you.
You have 30 days after receiving your order to contact us for a refund/exchange. Refunds/Exchanges will not be given after 30 days, or if the garment is returned with damage.
Buyer must pay the return shipping cost for exchanges, (unless we make a goof and send the wrong item or size).
Please wear undergarments when trying on your new Jemini's Bazaar apparel in case you may need to exchange it.
We do not accept returns/exchanges for jewelry.
Packages will ship USPS First Class, unless buyer choses the Priority Mail option.
We usually ship within a week after the order is placed (unless made to order).
Shipping may be a little delayed while we travel during our Festival Season (Apr-Oct).

Any international shipment may incur a customs fee. We are required to follow international shipping rules and fill out all customs forms properly by marking the package correctly and including the value of the tees. Otherwise, we risk of having the shipment returned to us or being prohibited from shipping to that country. Any collection of customs fees goes to your government, not JeminisBazaar. No amount of customs fees are returned or provided to JeminisBazaar.
Since we have no control over the customs authorities in your country or any other and fees vary from country to country, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about customs fees, duties, and taxes etc.
