Q: What is the ETA for Made to Order?
A: Made-To-Order items will usually be ready to ship within 4 weeks from the order date
Q: Can I cancel/return/exchange my order?
A: Once you have placed a MTO order, you cannot cancel.
We DO NOT accept returns for any MTO items.
Please make sure to review our SIZE CHARTS to ensure you have the proper size.
For NON-MTO item orders, an order cancelation will incur a processing fee from the final refund amount;

Q: What is "dye-sublimation"?
A: Dye-sublimation printing is a digital printing technology using full color artwork that works with polyester and polymer-coated substrates. Also referred to as digital sublimation, the process is commonly used for decorating apparel and other items with sublimation-friendly surfaces. The end result of the sublimation process is a permanent, high resolution, full color print because the dyes are infused into the substrate at the molecular level, rather than applied at a topical level (such as with screen printing and direct to garment printing...
Q: How should I wash printed apparel?
A: Care instructions- Sublimation printed clothing have a print that can last for years, since the ink is fixed ‘in’ the garments and not 'on' them.
However, it is recommended to treat your garments with care to ensure the print quality.

-Use low temp
-For best care hang dry, but you can tumble dry
